The school is run by the Little Flower Charitable Trust for Creative education, register under No. 140/2006 of Tripunithura S.R.O. The chairman of the Trust is E.V. Joseph, M.A., B.Ed., Principal (RETD), Central School Government of India, recipient of National Award of Government of India National Council of Educational Research and Training.
